Emaar Properties, one of the world's most valuable and admired real estate development companies based in Dubai personally reached out to me with a requirement of designing and developing a sleek, stylish and modern landing page to help promote offers and events related to their properties at the Arabian Ranches III Estate, just one of the property estates owned by their business.
After some discussion with the business development team at Emaar, I was lucky in the sense that within the small group I was working alongside, they were knowledgable on the technical side of things which allowed me to present myself and my plans to them very easily.
Their team were amazing to work with and were very clued up on the frameworks and technologies I discussed and in the end it was agreed to develop the page using Bootstrap as the front-end framework and PHP as the server side language to handle storing of visitors data into a MySQL database and third-party platform which required the use of REST API's they provided.
As a full-time web developer, I have a dedication and persistence that has been well recognised for many years, and this allowed me to complete the project in a record breaking time, on-budget and to a very high standard that was appreciated by the client. This followed on to further work down the line, making for another great client.
