Approached to develop a brand new website with a content management system feature for a family owned estate agency which required a range of features that were very unique, I made space for some brain-storming which allowed me to make the decision that a bespoke build was the best idea and after a consultation with the client, I was quickly given the green light to complete the entire project starting from a blank canvas, giving creative freedom from the word GO!
I wanted the site to feel as modern and up market as possible. I used a clean colour scheme in combination with an elegant typography which allowed for a visually awesome front-end website design to allow the estate agency business to showcase their services, work and property listings in a neat format.
Using Bootstrap's Framework along with PHP & MySQL, I managed to complete the project on time and on budget which the client was another satisfied customer that always turns to me for advice and maintenance / developments on the website.
Additionally, the website was built as a custom Content Management System (CMS) which makes it super-easy for the client to add, update and manage all content and media on the website via a secure back-end administration panel.
It's worth noting that with this website being developed as a custom built solution, there was no use of any ready made CMS's such as WordPress, Drupal etc. It was developed entirely from a blank canvas and hand-written code.
